We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
If you’re not satisfied with your item, you may request a return or replacement within this period.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 30-day window
- Final sale or promotional items (if stated)
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

- Defective
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.
5. Return Process

6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or design:
- Please return the original item
- Place a new order
